We would like to present our properties to you for your summer vacation consideration.Lakeview Lodging North is situated across from scenic Packard Park on South Haven's famous North Shore Drive. Beautiful Lake Michigan sunsets are just outside your window.The spacious, carpeted four-bedroom home includes a large dining, living and parlor area which welcomes families, both large and small. Each of the four bedrooms features a double bed and ceiling fan. The parlor couch converts into a queen-sized bed. The spacious covered wrap-around front porch with a 2-person swing, provides the ideal spot for relaxed Lake Michigan viewing. Additional porch furniture is ready to welcome your family and friends. Extras include a TV, VCR, air-conditioning, gas grill and a completely remodeled, furnished kitchen, including a washer, dryer, dishwasher and microwave.Perfect for a smaller vacationing family is the cute, carpeted two-bedroom Lake Michigan cottage, sleeping 4 to 5. This air-conditioned cottage also comes complete with cable TV, VCR, 2 double beds, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, furnished kitchen, including a microwave and a modern bathroom with a fiberglass shower tub unit. A gas grill, back screened porch and lawn swing is also included.Packard Park, located directly across from the two rentals, features a large sandy beach, picnic tables, grills and children's recreational sculptures. The beach stretches north for miles and miles, and about a quarter mile to the south is the South Haven pier which boasts fishing and boat watching. Within one to three blocks of the homes are a delicatessen, bakery, restaurants, charter fishing boats and rentals for sailboats, Hobie Cats, windsurfers and jet skis. Hiking, bicycling and nature watching can be enjoyed on the nearby thirty-four linear mile Kal-Haven Trail State Park. You may also try your hand at the "U-Pick" opportunities offered at many area farms.The homes are rented weekly starting at 4 PM Saturday through 10 AM the following Saturday. The 4 bedroom home rents for $2000 weekly and the 2 bedroom rents for $900 weekly. No pets or smoking are allowed. Off street parking is available for both homes. To hold your reservation, we must receive the deposit within one week of your phone reservation. Unfortunately your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel and we cannot rebook.Occupancy limits remain at 9-10 for the four-bedroom, 8-9 for the three-bedroom house and 5 for the two-bedroom house, unless special arrangements have been approved.We appreciate your continued patronage and hope that your family experiences another memorable vacation as “Lakeview Lodgers” in beautiful South Haven, Michigan!HOPE TO SEE YOU THIS SUMMER ON THE BEACH IN BEAUTIFUL SOUTH HAVEN! |
